Nokia/5800 musicexpress mobile
Displayof Nokia-5800phone is not working

Dear Sir,

i have purches nokia 5800 Music Express -1 red color mobile worth Rs.18800/- from Mobile Planet, DDa Shop no-9, 7A.Disstt centre, Janakpuri, New Delhi.havingIMEI :354182022915944 .after 1 month Display problem came to my mobile.so, i went to nokia care authorised service station A.A Electronics, 106BUpstair Bakewell Bakery. Cooper Road. Amritsar.

Sir there they are saying that company are not providing Nokia 5800 display so they cant replace/repair my mobile.

I have purchased this Mobile on dated 25-01..and from last 1month i am suffering from nokia care service. If Nokia dont hv spare Display for ther customer then why they are selling their such products to innocent customers in india.

I have visited Nokia Care centres at amritsar many time and they are not even submiiting my complaints and even my Phone..what they are saying that they hv my contact no and will contact if they get new disply from company??? stange care?

from last1month my phone is dead, my 18800/- is gone..if u cant do anything then plzz return my money sir... i shall be thankfull

even i have 2 year extra warranty i.e upto janof no worth..my 1399/- rs for that warranty is also gone.

Kindly tell me what to do next.
