Eminder for MOBILE SET REPLACEMENT

Dear Sir/ Madam,
This is to remind you that I got a new NOKIA phone '5800 MUSIC SERIES' (IMEI No.: 354182/02/560605/2) not even 2 months ago..Must say that apart from this new one we in our family have got another 6 sets one for each family member..Regarding this new set it has already returned two times from NOKIA CARE and in that also one time from the company..But still its very sad to say that its giving the same problems..In all these days since I have got this phone for most of the time it has been in the service centre only, and for the remaining time also its kept 'switched off'...
Let me tell you that I am a business man and am always on business tours and this phone has really really hampered a lot of my business..Truly speaking currently also this phone is kept OFF at home..I have already sent you a mail yesterday and this is a reminder for the same...
The problems are like following:
- Phone switches off automatically while in use...
- Some time reboots ..
- PROFILE opens automatically and starts scrolling...
- Power problem..
I request you to kindly look into this as an urgent situation and take immediate step to REPLACE this set of mine... PLZ DON'T JUST SEND IT AGAIN FOR REPAIRING... I have also contacted the service centre again and they are also suggesting the same (REPLACEMENT)..
Your early response will be highly appreciated.
