Nokia/5800 xm
Touch is not working

As i m a regular user of nokia and i had purchased a nokia 5800 xm 3months ago with imei no- 354182026311314 having touch and hanging problem. my touch is not working and i m very disappointed this time. my purchasing date is 19/05/09. so please as soon as possible please replaced my headset.

i can complaint for this in nokia care but they are giving me no response for that.
