Charged more than the market price

Hi, I purchased a new nokia 5800 xpress music phone in lucknow through pre-booking started by nokia i was informed that if i pre book i will have to pay Rs21839 & i will get a free headphone & handset will be not sold in open market before jan end & i will get it on 3-4th jan & market price will be same as paid by prebookers but they will not get the headphone so i booked it & got it on 4thjan but i was surprised to see that phone was in market just after three days ie 7th jan & at Price of Rs19000 only i complained both to the dealer & nokia care but they say that they can not do anything on it. I feel very bad that i have been cheated by my favorite mobile company "NOKIA" Through This 'PRE-BOOK SCAM'.
