Nokia 5800 xpress music
Display problem and touch screen makes sound

Respected sir,

I have purchased a Nokia 5800 xpress music from Dhanbad. There is a display problem in the set, the display light minimizes even when i set it to max. and when i lock the set, the backlight which went off before was not switching off now. I have purchased it on 14th Feb and now i have sent it to Nokia care

which says that i will get it back after 25 days or more. Sir i dont have a spare set to use now i have borrowed it from my cousin. I am facing a problem i have also written a complain to nokia care through web

but there is no reply.
