Touch paid & bad servies from the patel nagar customer care servies centre

The mian problem of my phone is the Touch paid, Hanging while talking, speaker.(every day new problem occure)

The customer care serives centre are not give the proper detail about it and they are also talking rudely and teasing me my phone is also submited 4 times in the nokia care centre but the same problem is occured again and again (I have given my mobile for one month and they have return to me date yet not repared same problem occured.) the phone get dead on thet day.
