Nokia 5800 xpress music
Touch screen not working

I bought a nokia 5800 xpress music on 12-01-09, & afer two months I started experiencing troubles with the touch screen & I informed the showroom from where I bought it & they were not active like before when I was there to buy the set & they reffered to the service centre & washed their hands. But for me it was very painful & irritating because I had spent Rs.21000 to buy that set.

And now it is the third time Iam giving my set to the service centre & it is still lyying there. They have not responded so far, when I call up ask they say they will let me know sooner .but no use

so kindly do something to help me
