Top up not getting updated

My mobile no.is 9441097636 under excel general plan. I wanted to convert to excel gold. i have sent several messages to '53733'

for conversion to this scheme. i am getting a stock reply that the

balance is insufficient for conversion. I have recently about 15 days back got my sim changed. after that the balance is not getting updated. even today, i have recharged (topup) with topup voucher no.000122651991. when i dial *123#, the balance is correctly displayed. when i am aksing for conversion to excel gold, the message got back is 'your balance is insufficient for conversion. Minimum balance should be Rs.70'.

It is requested to address the problem and help me for migration to excel gold. an early action is solicited.
