After conversion of post paid to prepaid, mobile is not working

Myself Bipin R. Vakharia having number 9870079358 converted my post paid scheme to prepaid before 10 days. ALL documents has been submitted in to Malad Gallery, after that within 24 days, the mobile was working with prepaid scheme but before 2 days the mobile is not working. Many of the complaints has been given to BPL Gallery but no action has been taken.

I want to know why my mobile is not working? and within how much time it will get start?
