I had puchased the set on 3/2/08 at jamshedpur.after using 2 months only ring tone was breaking. I made contact with Nokia Care Centre at Jamshedpur on 16/04/08 and submit the set for repair. My job sheet no is 011434038/080416/15.Jamshedpur centre could not repair the set and sent to Calcutta Till date I have not received the set. Several times I enquierd at Jamshedpur centre and got the answer that the repair job is pending due to want of spare. Even I talked to nokia careline through phone still no information got from there.

I am rearlly astonished with this kind service from Nokia care.

My request is that if the set can not be repaired then please arrange for new set because it is within warranty period.

your early action in this regards will be highly appreciated.
