REPEAT COMPLAINT (4 TIMES), Insert sim card

I had brought a Mobile Nokia 6070 from Appasons Mobile Gallery, Kannur, Kerala on 29-06 only because I had such a good impression on your reputed company.

But since then my handset got repeated complaints (4 times). Every time I had contacted customer care they send the set to company and got it back by two weeks. This will causing problem for regular use of my phone.

The last complaint noticed on 26-03 again the same old procedure is happening.

If this is the customer caring of your reputed company, I am thoroughly disappointed and I will raise this issue to various organisations like IMA, Lions Club etc., to know the truth about this to public.
