we allready sent my complaint in written at dt.of 20.10.2007 to your office. And also talk with your mr... mo.no 9890628564 on dt.13.11.2007about my problem. He said "you contact to our nokia care center at nanded". I contact to care centre but he not response to me and my problem. Still my problem is as it is.

My request to you please change or replece my mobile.
