SOFTWARE FALIOUR

Dear Sir,

This is bring your kind attention that I purchased on handset Nokia 6080 from your authorise dealer in Ajmer Rajasthan M/S Vardhman Mobile on 2nd of jan but one complaint is percistant with this mobile of software faliour. In a span of say three months it had crashed three times and your service center guys are not responding to the problem.

I had certain very imp data saved on mob which I am not able to extract from mobile hence it is a lost information.

Now in a short span it crashed thrice, I asked service center folks to replace the hand set they responded that we will send this hand set to Delhi Okhla from there it will be setteled. My job sheet no is 519434038/080306/8

Now I dont want this set and want it to be replaced or either provide me whatever was available on phone memory.

And further to it I thaugt that Nokia will provide me good service but very disapointed from your side.

Take yor values and vision under consideration do the needful.
