My daughter was presented with this mobile on her successful completion of Boards by her uncle. This was bought from your outlet on 24.07.07.After afew months the set started giving problem but was overlooked by us, also the shop particulars mentioned on the Guarantee cum instruction book proclaimed that they were not into mobile. They forwarded a phone number, on enquiring with one of your staff Mr. Anil, was informed that you don't fall within the warranty period which has extended by 4 days. On the onset, for the past few months nobody was forthcoming in taking up the complaint, now the person at you end was releived to know that the warranty period had just elapsed. Such apathetic attitude, does not suit a company which is upwardly mobile. At least courtesy demanded that being a patron, one should have guided or provide a remedial step, so that the problem could be fixed. This is the malaise of such companies, who promise much but the outcome comes to a nought.
I would be highly obliged if you could provide the Mail Address of your Chairman.
