senior management customer care,
I am customer from kirloskarwadi, sangli, maharashtra. I purchased 'nokia 6085' from Navatarang shopee, amrai road, sangli on 15 march. Now, my phone is giving trouble.screen becomes blank &
I am unable to see anything. When I took phone to nokia care center, they told me that there is need of changing strip inside mobile& there will be around 600 expenses. They also told me that this happend due to OENING & SHUTTING FLAP OF MOBILE.NO ONE TOLD DURING PURCHASING THIS MOBILE THAT JUST OPENING & SHUTTING FLAP WILL LEAD TO SUCH TROUBLE.IT IS VERY DISGUSTING THAT PROBLEM ARISED IMMEDIATELY 15 DAYS AFTER WARRENTY PERIOD IS OVER.
PLEASE GIVE PROPER FEEDBACK REGARDING IT.
