Display problem, poor service

Dear Sir/Madam
I have purchased nokia (6085) on last year in august, my phone is in warranty period, there is problem in display, when i visited ur nokia care centre in phase 7 mohali, they said that there is some problem in ur fold chip, i dont know what it is, but according to ur company (nokia care centre phase 7 mohali employee) my phone problem is not cover under the warranty period, can u tell me why so, and there service, how to talk with customer, they dont now even this, i am very disappointed from ur service, if u want to maintain customer faith on ur nokia care centre, then please also check on ur nokia care centre services provided to customer.please also mentioned when ever any one buy phone of ur company that these things will be under warranty or not, from my side may be i will not buy any phone of ur company.
