Egaring display and mini display

i have purchased a Nokia handset 6085 in August 7th at BIG-C Hyderabad.present i m facing the problem. 3 times i have send the Hansdset tothe Nokia care but the display problem and the battery problem still persists. please do the need ful and replace my handset,

i have bought at BIG-C.already i gave complaint i have proffs then also they are not responding properly.

please do the needfull for me.
