Nokia-6088
Defective set

Dear Sir,

I have upgraded my Nokia handset 2115 and purchased Nokia 6088 but defective set was given by Jai Maa Communication on 14the March. Set doesnot retain battery backup although they have replaced the battery but the problem couldnot be solved. Secondly, the set has got very low frequency as receiving of call and sending call takes much time. May I request you please look into the matter and send your instructions to your retail dealer sothat my problem be sorted out within a day or two as it was already nearly one month gone but the dealer is ignoring and behaving very rudely and try to harras.
