Batery Back-up Problam

Dear Sir,

Ref. our complaint dated 04.07.2008 sent through Mail. We received back the mobile set after repairing but the battery back-up fault still remains what is hitch in replacing the set with new one? We fail to understand! Please replace the set without further delay.
