Nokia 6110
Unsatisfactory service provided till date

Hi,

i have submitted my mobile N-6110 to Nokia Care, preet vihar branch. my problem was Navigator was not working.they gave me repair time of 15 days. After 15 days when i reached there, they told me that your handset is ok however when i checked problem was not at all solved. then they told me that you have not told us the correct information. then I again ask them to rewrite my complaint which they can understand easily.then they again wirte the complaint and my new Job sheet no. is 144433527/090131/33 vide dated:31st Jan 09 and ask me to come on 10th Feb. i went their on 14th Feb. at that time they told me that your handset has not been repaired till yet.please come on 17th Feb. i went there on 21st Feb. they gave me the handset and told me that your hand set in OK. but when i checked, the same problem has not been solved again. they asked me that they will keep the handset for another 2 days and will call me on monday (23rd Feb).i did not received any call from their side till 4th March (wednesday). when i phoned them on 4th March, they told me that your handset is OK but then i asked them to please reconfirm then told me that they will call me in another 1 hour.. but no call has come.

then i phoned them today-6th march 09. again fisrt the lady told me that your set is OK but i asked them to reconfirm then they told me that i have CD of Navigator software which they require and ask me to bring that CD then only problem will get solved.

my question is why they are disturbing me again and again and why they are not telling me the correct situation.

they told me that they would call me but they only respond when i called them after 15 days.

is this the bullshit service they are providing to us. my phone has not been repaired till date...

please provide me the solution...
