Nokia 6111 Battery BL4
Spurious Battery

This is to bring to your notice that I purchased a BL 4B battery for my Nokia mobile set 6111 from your authorized dealer “RISU TELL”, Akas Ganga Commercial Complex, Basudevpur, Khanjanchak, Haldia, Purba Midnapur. Pin 721602. The serial number of the battery is 0670491363563M 45110400335. The corresponding bill number is 206 dated 25.03.2008

Unfortunately from the very beginning the charge of the battery did not last for more than half an hour. I contacted the vendor the vendor regarding the problem and they explained that the battery is perfect, the problem is with the mobile set.

Ultimately I visited your Nokia priority shop at Gariahat, Kolkata they checked the battery and confirmed me that the battery in my mobile is spurious that is not the original one.

Now I request you to look into this and help me to have replacement with the original battery. I also request to take action against your dealer, so that other Nokia customers are not cheated and your reputation is not hampered.
