Nokia 6111
Phone is not working

I went ur Bright Point Ultadanga Capital Electronics Service centre (nokia care) for my nokia mob repairing. They opened my phone and can'nt repair that with the excuse that the parts is not available here. After that I went with my mobile in ur Sector V Eternity Building they r telling that Ultadanga centre (they) locked the phone in this manner that they will not able to open the phone. I want to know what is my mistake I have not gone any local shop for repairing my mobile. Who will take the reponsibilty for that. How can I repair my mobile???
