Niglience of service

Hi this is punit pathak from vasai. I have taken nokia 6131 mobile. After few months the mobile started giving promblem in it's display. I took the mobile to nokia care which is in vasai ambadiroad. The mobile was kept for more than 1 month, but still the promblem is not solved. Then again second time i gave the mobile, they say that the display is not available. They demanded Rs.2700/- for the display.

It is a humble request to you that you please solve my promblem. If you reply for this than i can send you the SERVICE JOB SHEET scaned copy give to by the NOKIA CARE.
