Phone restriction

The nokia company restricted the working of my phone and on submitting the phone in d company, they r replacing it.

pls i want my model 6131 coz it was a flipper phone while the replacement is an ordinary phone. its been 2 months since i gave my phone

pls tellme the no. of the head office, i want to complain there before i go to the govt. consumer forum
