Nokia not providing service

On 20/1 i purchased a NOKIA handset For Rs. 9350.00 model 6151 bearing IMEI:352284010983900.battery :8509 Charger:5384.warranty for the handset was 1 (one) year.now my hand set is not working properly so i approached Nokia care "Telemobile, first Floor Garima Grand, Dr. B.Baruah Road, Guwahati -7" That nokia care executive had told me that they could not provide service for that handset as nokia has stopped manufacturing this particular handset and its parts or components and they advised me to go to the Nokia care "Kamakhya Communications, Abhoy Arcade, First Floor, opp Chandmari Bus Stop, Chandmari, Guwahati- 3.0n 29 sept when i approached to that nokia care named "Kamakhya Communications" and they recieved the handset and assured me that they will repair the handset. But on the time of delivery they said that they could not repair that handset because nokia has stopped manufacturing that particular handset and its parts or components.

As my financial condition is weak so i borrowed 1500 rupees from friend to buy a new handset. i am mantally suffering for that handset.if they cant provide service then replace my handset with newer one.
