Dealying response of nokia care

I am deeply regretted to know that a handset of the world's largest mobile making company has been made unavailable to his loyal customer.. i had purchased a nokia 6208c on 1st july with strong faith in the goodwill of the company... bt the very next week i have faced a ringer problem in the handset... i consulted nokia care for the same.. but its unsatisfing response has deeply disappointed me... this is the matter of utter irresponibility for the company... i being an faithful customer requests you to please look into the matter and get my handset replaced as soon as possible.
