Nokia 6210
Not giving my phone

I have given my phone for repair to the service centre on 23-07 but after 2 months later they are providing me with nokia 7610 which is cheaper than the cost of my original handset for which i have called the service centre as well as the customer care 50 times.

but they are not giving me satisfactory response and always say that call us after 2 or 3 days.i have also told them for the compensation but they are saying nothing for it.i dont understand what to do now. So, i decided now to take your help.

kindly please take some serious steps against it.my complaint no. is 1-8161873610.
