Ignorance of my problem at service cente

Dear Sir/Madam,

I'm from Agra..i've a complaint regarding the keypad of my cell phone. i bought a Nokia 6220C IMI no. 352922020485982 from Agra. I'm very disturbed as i'm a businessman and loosing my time and concentration because of my cellphone problem. I went to the customer care center on 21-03 to M/s. SIMRAN ELECTRONICS, Agra. but unfortunately i returned back with a neglected attitude. The person told that my cell was drowned in water but nothing as such has happened in my case. A bit of jammed moisture near the keypad could be for the reason of sweat while talking... but truly speaking there had not been any incident as such declared by him. I'm sure you will do the needful soon and would take a step at the earliest to cure my problem
