I had buyed the NOKIA 6233 on 11/06

my cell in in warranty and company cant repaired it so they given me NOKIA 5310 but the NOKIA 5310 is old mobile i mean someone used it and nokiacare told me that company given you this cell

nokia cant give me new phone againts my NOKIA 6233:???
