Audio problem

Dear Sir

I have purchased one 6233 Mobile phone in Universal Mobile showroom on 16 Mar 08. 12 June 08 I have given this mobile to warranty service in Rocky Agencis chennai (Quantum) due to Left speaker and full audia system not working.. After 20 days i received my mobile back.

Again my phones Right speaker and audio system failure in 02 Nov 08. Second time I have submitted my phone in Rocky (Quantum) Agencies on 22 Nov 08. The service engineer has advised me to come and collect your mobile after receiving the SMS from the service center. But till today (09 Dec 08) I didn't received any SMS from the service center then when can i get my mobile.???
