Nokia 6233
Mobile not repaired at the Nokia Care, Shadipu

I visited a Nokia Care located in West Patel Nagar, near Shadipur Metro Station on April 3. I was told by an executive that a hardware is faulty which needs to be replaced. They did not provide me with any complaint no. or jobsheet no. or a copy of the form that I had filled. I was also told that since the part is out of stock they would call me within a week and it will be replaced.

Since then I have not received any call from Nokia Care. They dont even answer the phone.
