Theft of memory card 1 G.B

Recently i happen to give my NOKIA 6233 for repair as my ear phone was not giving louder voice when the time of taking the staff of nokia care were not bother to give me the extra fittings such as battery SIM and memory card any how i took the battery and sim but they did not return me the memory card after a day when i went to take the mobile they killed the phone even they did not make it run for ever simply they are telling that my phone was not working before when i gave them. This is a cold blooded cheating i told you listen the song when i played before i give, they are simply denying the fact to accept as this is their inefficiency to appoint the techniques, because they themselves are incapable to diagnose the problem with the mobile and to my surprise they are avoiding to accept that there was no memory card in it.

if this the situation with authorised mobile care centre what is the quality with the mobile and its technicians

i suggest the company not to appoint the service centres unless they will not be capable of depositing the money when they lost customers accessories in this manner and that should be included in the job sheet boldly.

I want to add that my NOKIA 6233 was very much repaired by a street side shop and it is now running better i told them the same also. they did not bother or humilated.
