Phone returned unrepaired

Espected sir,

i bought a nokia 6233 handset from hotspot centre paschim vihar on 15 july and even paid for the care pack that gives 2 year warranty against liquid and physical damage.there occured a problem with my handsfree jack and i gave my phone for repair on 6th july and got it back unrepaired on 15 july.i showed my phone at nokia care and they told me there is a problem with the headset jack and my phone has not been repaired at all.i have again submitted my phone and the executive is not ready to acept that i have got my phone unrepaired and they have not even provided me a standby phone which is posing a problem for me.the people there at hotspot are not listening at all.i hope you would my consider my problem resolve it soon.
