Nokia 6233
Wrong headset replacement

I had sent my Nokia 6233 headset for replacement on 5 dec 07 & i received it on 31 jan after 25 long days. but now the problem is that they have given me the headset of 6233 music edition which is of white color. my piece is without music edition & it has black color headset with VOLUME control on it. but the new replaced haedset does not have that facility of VOLUME control & is not at all matchng with my balck color handset because of white color headset. how careless kind of replacement they have given me. its very bad & now they are not giving me the replacement of black color headset.

is this a way to solve the query of your customers???

n if this is the way then what is the use of there big brand name???

i want the solution on it.
