Request to invalid the lost Nokia Set

Dear Sir,

This is for your kind information that on 15.11.09 (Sunday) I have lost my Nokia 6233 mobile set at DVC MTPS colony gate market, Bankura, West Bengal. I have purchased the said mobile set from Dhara Electronics, DVC Central market Complex, Bankura, West Bengal vide cash memo no:383 dtd.06.03.07.The IMEI No of the set is 359727008131661.As soon as I lost the mobile set I lodged an F.I.R at Gangajalghati Police Station, P.O-Gangajalghati. Dist-Bankura. West Bengal vide no: G.D.E 559 dtd.15.11.09.

As per the advice of the police officer of Gangajalghati Police Station I earnestly request you to kindly take necessary action with the help of the mobile IMEI No to invalid the set to stop any misuse with my phone and to discourage the theft of mobile phones.
