Nokia 6233
Problem on my Handset on also on Battery

Hello Sir

I have purcheased a Nokia 6233 mobile on 15/06/08 from Planet-M (Big Bazar), Bhubaneswar, Orissa. The problem is that i have not found any 20 digit number over my battery, there is only a 7 digit number present even there is no such option for scratch. Another problem is that when i play a song the speaker creates some unusal sound even during talking when i switched on the Loudspeaker it creates some odd sound, when i told them abt this problem they told me that is my SIM problem. regardings this i have gave a complain to Nokia Care, Bangalore, till now they have not responsed any thing. I have already loose my faith over Nokia brand. I have only option to go against them and do a consumer case. Please sir help me ragarding this, i waiting for ur reply.
