Not giving mine mobile handset on time

Its been from the last 18 days that i had submit mine mobile handset for repair at your nokia care showroom at guru kirpa gift house, battan lal road, mandi gobindgarh. my handset is nokia6233 and when ever we go at ur showroom outlet they always say it will take one week more and if i say take money and repair it then they say come on give us the money and take ur mobile and this time its not mine fault its companies fault in a handset. the job sheet no. is 073343506/080707/14 the warranty ref no. is apainy124342791 esn/imei no. 352915024556816. product code is 0532986. last time i got repaired my nokia n70 'coz it was dipped in water and i gave money and they repaired it in one day. and this time there was fault in ur handset. please please its my humble request to u that please look after my case deeply. my cell no. is 098554-07669. please contact me immediately after checking my status. i hope u will reply me as early as possible hope u will not let me to take any further action.
