Sir, I purchased the Nokia set no. 354827023154824 from Techmart Superstore, B-1/624, Janakpuri, New Delhi on 27.7.2008. The problme blank display started on 15.8.2008 itself i.e. after only 19 days from the date of purchase. The Dealer was requested to replace the set, but he refused. He suggested to contact Nokia Care Centre, WZ-200, Bajaj Tower, Opp. Rajiv Motors, Jail Road, New Delhi. Now, the phone set is with above Nokia Care Centre w.e.f. 18.8.2008. They have also not give the fixed date for delivery.

You are requested to look into the matter and direct them to replace the same with new one as the set is within guarantee period.
