Hardware failue

Hello sir, I have purchase new nokia 6233 mobile (IMEI no.352915022749900). But now i am facing problem because of your customer service. My mobile is in gurantee period. My mobile is changed once but that was not new. They gave me used mobile that was not working properly (IMEI no.356283011967512). I handed back to them again. I am faceing this problem from last two months in Yamuna Nagar (Yamuna Telehut) nokia care. So kindly solve my problme. Otherwise i will take legal action it hurts ur goodwill.. please reply me soon..
