Booting failure - Blank Display

Dear Sir,

I have bought Nokia 6233 from Mobile store -Anna nagar, Chennai 4 months back. I am facing the booting problem from 1st week of the from the date purchase and I have given to repair to Bhandari's Nokia care-Ambattur, Chennai more than 4 times, and out of 4 times, 2 times it was sent to Nokia factory but in vain and the problem still persists. out of 4 months my mobile is under repair nearly two months. I want replacement of my mobile Nokia 6233 and I am not going with my old mobile and facing the same problem. The required detials is as below.
