Nokia care people destoy my mobile

Hi,

On 7th feb i visited Nokia care center at 5.30 pm. There was flicking problem with my nokia 6255 mobile. But display was perfect in position.

I was using mobile in same state from past 15 days. I was able to receive call and make call but some times due to flicking call geting disconnected. Other than flicking all the feature was working perfectly.

These all things i told them clearly before giving set.

They checked and said 2000 will be charged for this and will send to chennai and will take 10 days.

I said i need some time so i taken back the mobile. But when i taken back the mobile, one new problem i found. Mobile was not opening.

It was opening and closing. I was not able to make and receive any call.

It was really horrible to see the state of mobile.when i asked them that other then flicking

there was no problem in mobile. Those people blamed on me saying it was like that.

In morning i visited other Nokia care and shown to them they said some part has to be relaced and they dnt have stock so will take one week.

That time other then flicking no other problem with mobile.

Till 5 pm i was receveing and make calls now set is totally dad nothing i can do.

The manager told me later that he will charge 800 rupees and later said 300 rupees.

See how nokia people negociating the charges. Those people destoy my set.

I want that mobile to be repair otherwise want in same state only flicking problem.

With constant display.

I want some strict action to be taken against these type of people who put spot on the nokia.
