Worst service from Nokia care cente

I was having a problem of memory card and Camera in my nokia 6265 set. i submitted this set for repairing on 7th dec. the delivery date was 25th of dec. but i got the same on 5th january but i found that there were many scratches on the set which was not there when i submitted the set. i have declined the same to accept. on 16th of jan i again gone there but the set condition was same i thought to put it into the consumer forum and i have collected the set by making a note onto the jobsheet that i am very much dissatisfied with the services. but after that as i moved out from the center i found that one screw is missing from the set. i have shown this to the executive and he said that you will get it after the lunch time. but yet i have not got it and they are saying that the older screw shaft is being fixed into it and u have to pay to change the new body of the nokia 6265.

and they are now declining to give me the jobsheet copy where i have written that i am very dissatisfied. i want this copy to submit into nokia to get my set back as it was
