Nokia 6270
Fade up with the customer care

I had purchased a NOKIA 6270 on 18th April from BIG BAZAR, NAGPUR, Maharashtra State, India. Phone Details are as follows. Model No:- 6270, Colour:- Maroon, Batch no.:- 353259013339648. The main problem with the set is automatic switch off at the time of calling, hanging problem and Network problem from the date of purchasing. i was submitted set for repair in customer care, Dharampeth first time, they give me set after One month but the problem was not solved, again i put it back after one month with the same problem in nokia care, Sitabuldi Near Apana Bazar, they also give me set after One month but same problem continued with the set, once again i handed over the set in same apana bazar care centre for repair but they said your warranty got expired.so i request you to takeup this matter with nokia people and get my set replaced.
