Respected Sir/Madam,

Sir/Madam my Name is Deepak Sharma R/o Railway Road Rohtak - 124001 (Haryana) holding a Credit Card of HDFC Bank Through which I ordered for two item one was in june (that was a neckless) and secound was a NOKIA 6270 Mobile Phone Through order No. 040118618 Sir both items i received at Time.

But when I Received My Credit Card Statement you Charged me for another item worth Rs. 1290/- (EMI OF RS. 215/-) for which i can't give you any order and nor i received it sir a am not able to pay these extra money. sir now i want that you remove these charges on me.

Please do the needfull as earliest
