Please don't buy Nokia phones

I am struggling for getting my Brand new phone getting repaired since last one month. I am not getting repaired one nor getting the replacement.

I was having the problem of low volume even when the Volume is set at highest level. After getting so called repaired I found set with additional problems of key pad not working, Volume setting button not working, Front cover not seated properly and new appearing very old.

Not getting the suitable Nokia person to get help. No nos.
