Handset giving loads of problem

I bought nokia phone in aug first 6 months it worked properly, from last 2 months its giving loads of problem like, there is no network in the phne, bluetooth is not working, its is getting switched off and on by its own.

once i have already repaired in nokia service centre but i want replacement of the handset because its just hardly 8 months.
