Nokia 6275i
Broken Keypad

On the 27th of May this year i got the above phone with a package phone deal with Telstra Clear N.Z. The keypad is now missing the number two key the phone is under warranty but telstra are not being helpful. They are saying that if it is not a maufactorial defect i will have to pay for it to be fixed. The phone is less than 2 months old and is useless to me now. I dont see why i should even have to worry about this because it has only just been purchased. I would like to know if this happens more often than not with your Nokia phones. I would also like to know why I cannot get a new phone and be done with it. I am getting no where with telstra clear maybe you can help
