I bought the above mentioned set from matrix technology, g-4, plot no.-14, apra plaza-2, central market, sector-10, dwarka, new delhi-75. vide book no.-142 & bill no.-7079 dated 20-09-07. after one month I received the transceiver problem. I approched the nokia care at om ujala communication, manish link plaza road-1, f-5, first floor, sector-5, dwarka, 42730274. several times but got not satisfactory service.

I visited on 08-03-08 vide job sheet no.-369434038/080308/17

apart from the above mentioned dates several times they repair the same within 15 minutes without giving any job sheet no.

Sir, I am being continuously harrased by your people. if it does by such a reputed company why one should prefer nokia brand.

request:- 1. I want the set should be changed with new one as I am being given a defective set.

2. Incase the company is not in a position to replace the same I am being compelled to approach the consumer court and all the expenses will be born by the company.
