Mobile loss - reg

Am Janarthanam, toady am coming by bus no 42 from periyar nagar to parrys. I have lost my mobile while getting down due to hurry rush. my cell number is 9884932796 noika model 6300 .From mrng 9.20 am have spoken to customer care executives they ask me to go vodafone nearest office. I met rayapettah and kottivakkam offices and i given complaint but i didn't get positive response from them. I would like to request you humbly to trace my instrument. I tried to reach my mobile number still its ringing but nobody responding.
