Nokia 6300
Not GIven back my original mobile phone

With due respect I want to inform you that i have given my Nokia handset to thier service centre for repairing three month ago which I have not received it yet. Whenever I visit the centre for it they just tell one week more and after that the mobile they gave to meis not my phone also the eami number is not match with mobile phone. I am very suffering with this topic .pls help me with this regards
